According to statuary provisions users have the right to demand restriction of processing of their data by Cosafim. In particular, users have the right to request the completion, rectification and the prompt erasure of their data processed by Cosafim.

Furthermore, users have the right to object and complain about the processing of their data by Cosafim to an appropriate authority.

 

Elicitation of Data for Contact Support

When the user chooses to contact Cosafim via the contact form on this website or via Email, Cosafim processes their details (name, company, email address, telephone number, text message) in order to respond to contact requests. This data is erased as soon as its necessity for operations ceases. The operational necessity of the collected data is reviewed in intervals of two years. Statutory archiving obligations apply.

Data is processed fairly, proportionate and in good faith in accordance with Article 4 FADAP and for the purpose of legitimate interests (operative purposes, identification and prevention of malpractice) of the controller within the meaning of Article 6 lit. f GDPR.

The user can object the processing of their data at any time, if there exist reasons in their special situation that are against the processing of their data.

  • Amount of transferred data

The collected data is automatically erased daily. Server logfiles are subject to prolonged archiving, if facts exist that suggest malicious access to the system (e.g. hacking, DDoS attacks, other malpractice).

Access data and logfiles are processed fairly, proportionate and in good faith in accordance with Article 4 para. 2 FADAP and for the purpose of legitimate interests (operative purposes, identification and prevention of malpractice) of the controller within the meaning of Article 6 lit. f GDPR.

The user can object the processing of their data at any time, if there exist reasons in their special situation that are against the processing of their data.

 

Cancellation Right

If the user consented to the processing of their data, they may withdraw their consent at any time. Revocation of consent will influence the legitimacy of the user’s data processing after they have issued their revocation of consent towards Cosafim.

 

Right of Objection

The user may object future processing of their data at any time, as far as Cosafim bases the processing of data on consideration of interests. Cosafim kindly asks the user to present the reasons why their data should not be processed any longer, if the user decides to exercise their right of objection. In case of a justified objection, Cosafim will review the situation and shall either cease processing activities, adjust them or explain to the user mandatory grounds to be protected based on which processing of data is continued.
